We respond to corrections, accessibility reports, media inquiries, and editorial questions. We do not process ETIAS applications — that is only possible through the official EU portal.

We can't process applications

etiasapply.eu.com does not accept or submit ETIAS applications. The only legitimate application channel is the European Commission's portal at travel-europe.europa.eu, which is expected to open to applicants in Q3 2026. If a website is charging you more than €20 or offering "priority" processing, it is not the official service.

§ 02How to route your message

  • Corrections & factual errors: include the page URL and a brief description. We publish dated correction notes where warranted.
  • Accessibility reports: include the page, the assistive technology and browser you used, and what happened. See our Accessibility Statement.
  • Privacy requests: to exercise access, deletion, or other data rights, see §9 of our Privacy Policy.
  • Media & press: please indicate your outlet, deadline, and specific questions.
  • Partnership or commercial inquiries: describe the proposal in one paragraph; we reply only to those that align with our editorial policy.

§ 03Response times

  • Corrections: typically within 3 business days.
  • Accessibility reports: acknowledged within 5 business days.
  • Privacy requests: within the statutory period (generally 30 days under GDPR).
  • Media: as deadlines permit.

We do not answer individual "will my ETIAS be approved?" questions — we are not adjudicators. For case-specific queries, contact the competent EU authority or a qualified immigration professional.
